Tubuo Victory Yuh is 7 years old, from a family of fifteen. He is presently living with his both parents. He dropped out of school in class one, during the 3rd term, in 2014, because he fell ill. He is not talking (dumb). He was a pupil of I.S.F. D Mbingo. Because it is a school for people with special needs. After he was fine, his parents could not afford to pay his fees, because it is relatively expensive. He says he wants to be better up tomorrow.
